Bright, buttery, and delicately savory, our Chanterelle Sea Salt brings the elegance of wild-foraged chanterelles to your everyday cooking. We start by foraging wild Chanterelle mushrooms throughout the summer, climbing through the Appalachian mountains from South Carolina to Virginia. After careful cleaning and drying, we combine them with our hand-crafted sea salt from Trenchard’s Inlet, SC. The result is a warm, naturally rich seasoning that enhances without overpowering. 

How to use it: Use it to finish pasta, eggs, roasted poultry, creamy risottos, or any dish that could use a touch of magic. Be prepared to hear, "ooh what is that flavor??"
